Our members are dedicated to these ethical practices, reflecting our commitment to:
Integrity: Championing the cause of honest and ethical journalism.
Excellence: Providing resources and training for continuous professional improvement.
Support: Offering a network of support for journalists facing ethical dilemmas.
As a network organization, knowledge center and lobby organization, RAPP promotes the
importance of independent journalism within and outside its own professional circle. We
encourage new developments in the field of journalism, and we also encourage healthy
discussion about the profession. We pay attention to developments that threaten freedom of
press, such as legal, commercial and political pressure.
